For this year’s SCANDI Nordic Film Festival we have subtitled four feature films: Roadtrip with Mom, Darkland 2, One Day All This Will Be Yours and Gallery of God. We also edited the English subtitles for these films and the trailers for the distributor.

The ČAP Insurance Talk is a regular podcast of the Czech Insurance Association. We were honoured to create Czech subtitles for the interview with the General Manager of BMW about automated mobility.
August 2023 feature films and series UK IT
Based on an existing English translation, we prepared English subtitles to a Ukrainian hybrid movie Photophobia. We created Italian subtitles as well and synced both language versions for the purposes of film festivals.
July 2023 short, spot CS EN, CS
As part of an ongoing collaboration, we created Czech and English subtitles to a series of Czech videos for a Czech production company. The videos focused on the Integrated Regional Operational Programme and its support of various projects using the money from European funds. This batch included videos about a new psychiatric pavilion in University Hospital in Pilsen, a modernisation of IT system in Na Homolce Hospital in Prague and a reconstruction of classrooms in Lubná Elementary School.

For a Czech period drama We Have Never Been Modern, we adjusted English SDH to be in accordance with SCC format requirements and subtitling standards in general. Furthermore, we converted the subtitles, both for the movie and for the trailer, to SCC format.
June 2023 feature films and series EN, CS, IT DE
We fixed German subtitles for a historical Czech film, Il Boemo – we shortened lines that were too long or had bad reading speed, we added missing translation, we completely overhauled the spotting to adhere to the client’s standards and had a native speaker proofread the subtitles in their entirety.
